**Job Summary**

AM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Plant Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our water treatment equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the Plant Operations Team in carrying out electrical maintenance tasks on mobile water treatment equipment.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, regeneration operations, housekeeping, and fault finding to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Work with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC software to troubleshoot and resolve electrical control system issues.
  • Provide electrical and PLC support to the Plant and Assembly Team.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation and drawings for plant PLC systems.
  • Maintain electrical control systems in containers, trailers, and skids, including lighting, direct on-line, instrumentation, pumps/motors, etc.
  • Perform PLC modifications and fault finding in the regeneration plant, for sites, and on our control systems for mobile water treatment equipment.
  • Assist in the development of plant modification and improvement work.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and adhere to EHS and Quality standards.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in industrial electrical works.
  • Previous experience in an industrial area, assembly, or other operational role.
  • Strong EHS and Quality awareness.
  • 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, or NVQ3 in electrical based units, or similar.
  • Drawing software skills.
  • Experience in the Water treatment industry is an advantage, but not essential.
