Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Structural Engineer

Aldwych Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Henley-on-Thames. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects, developing junior staff, and managing existing business while winning new projects.

We are looking for a strong communicator who can manage and juggle multiple projects simultaneously, primarily in the residential and commercial building sectors. This includes new builds, refurbishments, and conversions, with a focus on state-of-the-art contemporary designs, humanitarian projects, and community works.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience working in a building design practice, be a strong hands-on structural designer, and have excellent industry, client, and social networking skills. You will be assisting the current Director in developing and growing the company, with the potential to set up a London office for the right candidate.
