Senior Structural Engineer Opportunity

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Henley-on-Thames or London. As a key member of our structural design consultancy, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects and contributing to the growth and development of our company.

About the Role

We are looking for a senior-level Structural Engineer with a strong background in building design and a passion for contemporary state-of-the-art structures. You will be responsible for leading projects, developing junior staff, managing existing business, and winning new projects. Ideally, you will be MICE or MIStructE qualified and have a strong track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality designs and timely delivery
  • Develop and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers
  • Manage existing business relationships and identify new opportunities for growth and development
  • Collaborate with the design and construction teams to deliver projects that meet client needs and expectations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures
