HR Administrator Job Description

As a key member of our team at Polar Recruitment Services Ltd, the HR Administrator will provide essential support to deliver effective services and processes, meeting the expectations of both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support to HR Helpdesk queries from employees, managers, and contractors, escalating contentious or sensitive requests to the line manager and identifying potential solutions.
  • Log all key enquiry details from inbound calls and face-to-face support requests to enable accurate reporting, trend analysis, and targeted support.
  • Prepare documents for joining, leaving, and career administrative access, and review HR system workflow notifications, taking action in line with established processes.
Requirements:
  • HR education and sound knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
