Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with local employers and agencies to source employment opportunities for our customers.
- Use automated search tools, regional data, and local knowledge to identify suitable job openings and match 'job ready' candidates to live vacancies.
- Work closely with Regional Account Managers to establish employer/agency relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Support Regional Account Managers in sourcing suitable candidates for large-scale recruitment campaigns on behalf of employers.
- Share market insight and feedback from employer partners/agencies to support the LMI analyst role.
- Perform personalized job searches for customers based on their skills, experience, and aspirations.
- Coordinate recruitment activity with the management of client vacancies, including logistics, CV submission, and interview scheduling.
- Work closely with internal colleagues to ensure customers meet employer expectations and are prepared for the transition into work.
- Understand site caseload job requirements and align employment and candidate pipelines through detailed forecasting of future opportunities.
- Support internal teams in preparing customers for job specifications and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Maximus policies and procedures to achieve zero compliance issues from audit.
- Achieve individual and team targets to support wider Maximus success.
- Support new staff through work shadowing, buddying, or providing assistance.
- Previous work experience in a commercial recruitment/sales environment, including cold calling/telesales.
- Proven success in achieving sales-related targets in a high-performance culture.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
- Performance and delivery-focused, with a proven track record in exceeding stretching sales/performance targets.
- Clear communication, good listening skills, and a persuasive style with an excellent telephone manner.
- Self-starter with strong planning and organization skills.
- Enjoys working independently and as part of a team.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Values and supports continuing professional development.
- Calm, rational, and objective in all situations.
