Key Responsibilities:

  • Initial Contact: Handle recruitment queries promptly and professionally.
  • Job Advertisements: Collaborate with the Recruitment Advisor and hiring managers to design effective job postings.
  • Candidate Management: Oversee shortlisting scheduling and offer confirmations to ensure a smooth process.
  • Onboarding Process: Keep managers and candidates informed throughout and manage all necessary documentation.
  • Event Support: Help plan and attend recruitment events as needed.
  • Accuracy and Compliance: Manage data entry and maintain compliance with recruitment standards.

This is an onsite fulltime role in Enfield offering a chance to make an immediate impact. We are looking for someone with experience in Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power BI).
