Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing care needs, developing, implementing, and evaluating individual care plans. You will work closely with patients, families, and carers to promote and improve the quality of service provided. Additionally, you will manage the unit in the absence of the Ward Manager/Team Leader and participate in the internal rotation system, including weekend working and nights.
Key Responsibilities- Assess care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
- Provide named practitioner role to people who use our service.
- Promote and improve the quality of service provided.
- Manage the unit in the absence of the Ward Manager/Team Leader.
- Participate in the internal rotation system, including weekend working and nights.
- Level 1 Registered Nurse RNLD/RNMH.
- Evidence of taking responsibility for meeting compulsory and essential training in previous post.
- Working knowledge of using common computer programmes such as email, internet, word-processing.
- Willingness to undertake further training.
- Completion of Practice Assessor/Supervisor Training.
- Evidence of post-registration training.
You will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
