Lead Software Developer Opportunity

Endeavour Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Developer to join our client's dynamic software development team in Basildon. This is an excellent career opportunity for a seasoned developer to work on creating next-generation solutions for the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement software applications using various tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and produce high-level designs.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in application development and associated tools.
  • Excellent understanding of business processes and functions.
  • Ability to document technical specifications.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with SSL certificate installation, application usage, and validation.
  • Knowledge of RDBMS in Oracle and web/application servers (Apache and JBoss preferred).
  • Strong testing process knowledge and experience in tools like Quality Center & QTP.
  • Experience with UNIX & shell scripting.

Desirable Skills:

  • Full SDLC experience.
  • Jira.
  • C++, Visual C++, C#, VB,.NET, COM/COM+.
