Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Web Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of our Ecommerce website, managing ongoing projects, and leading the enhancement of our existing website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ongoing development projects for the Ecommerce website, including requirement gathering, testing, and delivery.
  • Lead the enhancement of the existing website, oversee the migration to new platforms, and implement new web-based solutions and tools.
  • Troubleshoot web-related issues to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Initiate and lead website improvements to enhance the customer journey.
  • Act in a team lead capacity, mentoring team members, setting an example, and distributing tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Web Development environment, particularly in a technical role.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing web-related projects.
  • Technical proficiency in Ecommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, PHP, and Python.
  • Experience working with and managing third-party web development agencies.
