Lumanity is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real-World Evidence (RWE) Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering impactful insights to clients across the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

As an RWE Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, research methodologies, and regulatory guidelines to design, execute, and interpret real-world studies. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and communicate findings effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of RWE projects, encompassing all phases from study design to data analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and synthesize relevant information to inform project scope and methodology.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets, utilizing statistical software and programming languages.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in the RWE field, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • A strong understanding of drug development processes and strategies is essential.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytical skills and data interpretation.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in life science consulting or RWE consulting.
  • Experience managing project teams and delivering successful client engagements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with the RWE industry landscape, trends, market needs, and data sources across Europe and the USA is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
