Head of Quality Assurance and Compliance

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Quality Assurance and Compliance team at Scania (Great Britain) Limited. As the Head of Quality Assurance and Compliance, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive risk management framework, identifying and mitigating risks across the organization, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework to identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the organization.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize the impact of potential risks.
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits/investigations to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the legal department to develop and update company policies and procedures related to risk and compliance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on risk and compliance issues to stakeholders.
- Investigate the root causes of process failures or quality issues within the business.
Requirements:
- Leadership and coaching skills to lead and develop a team of risk professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various departments and stakeholders.
- Ability to demonstrate sound business understanding and work with various departments to ensure quality standards are integrated across the organization.
