Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Quality and Standards initiatives. As the Apprenticeships Director, you will be responsible for championing quality assurance and improvement across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive a Quality Strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and values.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of quality standards and procedures across all aspects of our operations, including study programs, adult education, higher education, apprenticeships, prison services, and commercial provisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality initiatives and processes.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
