Role Responsibilities

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity within our Security Operations Center (SOC) for an individual eager to advance their career in cybersecurity.

As a vital member of our Security Team, you will be tasked with safeguarding both Node4 and our clients from various cyber threats, including attacks, compromises, and breaches. You will collaborate with other departments, such as network specialists and infrastructure engineers, to enhance and sustain our internal security framework.

In addition, you will work closely with account managers and the pre-sales team to deliver managed security services to our clients, ensuring a consistently high standard of service. We seek a motivated individual who is enthusiastic about learning more about Cyber Security, eager to engage with new technologies, and committed to continuously improving their skills and knowledge.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in a SOC analyst position
  • Proficiency with SIEM tools (preferably Microsoft Sentinel)
  • Familiarity with EDR solutions (ideally Microsoft Defender)
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience in configuring and deploying Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Defender and Azure
  • Understanding of IT and networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP, DNS, TLS)
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team while also being confident in independent tasks
  • Strong time and project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux server and endpoint operating systems
  • Ability to research new concepts and effectively present findings to the team
  • A cybersecurity-related qualification, particularly in Microsoft/Azure (e.g., SC-200, Blue Team Level 1, Security+)
  • Experience in an IT department or organization that includes user support and troubleshooting
