Job Overview

At IPS Group, we are seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join our expanding Motor Claims team.

This role involves dealing with a diverse case load, primarily consisting of Motor Personal Injury and Credit Hire claims.

As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing claims efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and assess claims to determine liability and damages
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the claims process
  • Manage claims files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claims efficiently
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance claims handling

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in claims handling, preferably in the motor claims sector
