Technical Lead - Digital Workplace

Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting our digital world, ensuring flawless deployment, upholding stringent security policies, and improving cost-effectiveness. You will also have the opportunity to interact with users, collaborate with internal teams, and provide invaluable technical leadership on projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and optimize Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure solutions
  • Ensure flawless deployment and uphold stringent security policies
  • Improve cost-effectiveness and drive digital transformation
  • Provide technical leadership on projects and collaborate with internal teams
  • Interact with users and provide support
Requirements:
  • Industry experience is essential
  • Interpersonal skills and effective collaboration abilities are crucial
  • Proficiency in M365, Intune, Autopilot, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft Teams administration is required
  • Experience with public DNS management is required
  • Experience with Mimecast, Valimail, DKIM/DMARC, and general e-mail security desired
  • Knowledge of Scappman, Qualys, and Azure Update Manager is a plus
  • Knowledge of identity management, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, conditional risk-based access, and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Willingness to innovate and push boundaries
  • Passion for driving impactful change in the digital world
