Mental Health Clinical Lead Opportunity

Crooton is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Clinical Lead to join our team at HMP Guys Marsh. As a key member of our Mental Health team, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating high-quality mental health care for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective mental health care strategies to meet the needs of patients.
  2. Lead and manage a team of mental health professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of practice.
  3. Collaborate with commissioners and service evaluators to monitor and improve service delivery.
  4. Ensure compliance with national, local, and professional standards for mental health care.
  5. Develop and maintain professional supervision arrangements for team members.

Requirements:

  • NMC Registration or other professional qualification in Social Work or Psychology.
  • Degree supplemented by diploma or specialist training.
  • Experience in community mental health or offender healthcare.
