Key Responsibilities:- Visible Deterrent: Deter potential threats and ensure a safe environment for customers, colleagues, and visitors.
- Enforce Company Policy: Safeguard assets and prevent loss through effective delivery of loss prevention policies.
- Customer Focus: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Reporting and Escalation: Swiftly report incidents using digital platforms and escalate issues to in-store management as necessary.
- Partnerships and Collaboration: Maintain effective relationships with local security, Business Improvement Districts, and Police to ensure a secure environment.
