About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team at T.S.S. (Total Security Services) Ltd. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a Visible Deterrent: Deter potential threats and ensure a safe environment for customers, colleagues, and visitors.
  • Enforce Company Policy: Safeguard customers, colleagues, and visitors through the delivery of loss prevention policies.
  • Put Customers First: Create a warm and welcoming first impression for customers.
  • Report & React: Swiftly report incidents using digital reporting platforms and escalate issues to in-store management.
  • Forge Strong Partnerships: Maintain effective relationships with local security and business improvement districts, as well as the police.
