About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Healthcare Delivery Specialist in the Healthy Ealing programme. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing effective health promotion strategies to improve health outcomes for local communities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including community groups, voluntary sector organisations, and healthcare providers.
  • Provide support to the Healthy Ealing team to coordinate health outreach events and public health collaborations.
  • Assist in the analysis and interpretation of national and local data to inform the development of targeted local projects.
  • Manage the team's business support function, including developing and managing the team's business plan, progress, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement a content management system to ensure information is properly managed and best practice is shared across the team, Directorate, and the wider NHS organisation.

Requirements
  • Educated to bachelor degree level or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level in a specialist area.
  • Evidence of post-qualifying and continuing professional development.
  • Experience of developing and maintaining effective relationships between a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience of drafting briefing papers.
  • Experience of developing and delivering training.
  • Experience of effective collaboration with voluntary sector organisations and communities.
  • Experience of managing risks and reporting.
  • Experience of using evidence or theory to develop behaviour-change interventions in different populations.
