As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the allocation and utilisation of the fleet at your site, ensuring that the right vehicles are delivered to the right customers at the right time.
- Lead and motivate a team of Customer Delivery Agents to achieve excellent customer service and productivity.
- Work closely with the Branch Management Team to ensure that all operational aspects of the branch are running smoothly.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and fleet utilisation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a logistics or transportation management role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Full UK or EU driving licence.
