Job Title: Registered Manager Residential Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in Plymouth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management, with a focus on delivering high-quality care to residents with dementia.

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the home, including staff management, resident care, and compliance with CQC regulations.

Our residential care home is a small, family-run establishment that provides a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Monitor and report on resident care and well-being

Requirements:

  • Registered Manager qualification and experience in care management
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
