Are you a seasoned Mechanical Engineer looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Engineering Manager to join our team at BMR Solutions Ltd.

This is a fantastic chance to lead a team of Mechanical, Development, and Design Engineers in delivering innovative projects and products. As a Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and empowering your team to achieve project milestones and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Mechanical Engineering activities across projects, ensuring cohesive and collaborative team work.
  • Advocate and lead best practice mechanical engineering to improve delivery of the engineering function.
  • Ensure mechanical engineering of product development meets stakeholder requirements.
  • Lead mechanical engineering budgets and contribute to forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Experience of practical application of best-practice Mechanical Engineering in a relatable industry.
  • Significant experience working in a regulated, compliance-driven industry.
  • Experience of recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Mechanical Engineers.
  • Experience of tutoring and instructing best-practice Mechanical Engineering.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
  • High level of integrity and accountability.
