As a vital member of our team, you will provide 24-hour coverage at an Approved Premises, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.

Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with colleagues to maintain a positive working environment, communicating key risk issues, conducting regular inspections, and monitoring CCTV equipment. You will also be responsible for maintaining a visible presence in the AP, engaging with residents in a pro-social manner, and motivating high-risk residents to ensure compliance and well-being.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within the Criminal Justice System and contribute to the rehabilitation of individuals on probation. You will also participate in purposeful activities to support residents' sentence plan objectives and ensure a safe working environment for staff, residents, and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain a positive working environment
* Communicate key risk issues to colleagues and partner agencies
* Conduct regular inspections of the premises and monitor CCTV equipment
* Maintain a visible presence in the AP and engage with residents in a pro-social manner
* Motivate high-risk residents to ensure compliance and well-being
* Participate in purposeful activities to support residents' sentence plan objectives
* Ensure a safe working environment for staff, residents, and visitors
