Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, promoting inclusivity and motivation within the team.
- Take charge of operational efficiency, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
- Guide and support colleagues, maintaining a safe working and dining environment.
- Recognise and celebrate exceptional service within the team.
- Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and make thoughtful decisions to ensure the team's success.
- At least 1 year experience working as a supervisor in hospitality or retail.
- Ability to handle and serve alcohol.
- 18 years of age or over.
Shift Pattern: Full-time, scheduled between 6am and 8pm including weekends.
