About the Role
LNRS Data Services Ltd Company is seeking a Client Support Operations Specialist to become an integral part of our team. In this capacity, you will be tasked with delivering exceptional assistance to both prospective and current clients. Your primary responsibilities will include managing billing questions, service requests, feedback, and addressing concerns.
Your superior communication abilities will be essential in resolving client issues through email and phone interactions in a courteous and professional manner. Internally, you will relay client feedback to facilitate performance enhancements and improve overall client satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding client service to both new and existing clients regarding billing questions, service requests, feedback, and concerns
- Effectively addressing client inquiries and issues through emails or calls
- Reducing client complaints, enhancing client satisfaction, and providing professional support
- Keeping records of non-key Academic clients and monitoring progress using our CRM system
- Analyzing business challenges and proposing best practices to achieve annual objectives
Qualifications
- Strong computer proficiency in MS Office Suite and solid numerical skills
- Demonstrated experience in a client service setting
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at various levels
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and skilled in innovative problem-solving
- Able to manage multiple tasks, adaptable, with excellent time management capabilities
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
