Job Title: Home Care Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. As a Care Professional, you will provide non-medical services to help our clients remain independent in their own home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with general housekeeping and non-medical personal care
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care

What We Offer:

  • Excellent rates of pay - £12.60 per hour
  • Mileage contribution 30p per mile
  • Visits of 1 hour or more with every client
  • Industry leading training

Requirements:

  • No experience necessary, just a passion for supporting others
  • Compassionate and reliable with a passion for supporting people
  • Good communicator who can easily build relationships with others
  • Someone who wants to make a positive difference to the life of someone older in their local community
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
