Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Care Companion. As a Care Companion, you will provide non-medical support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and social interaction to our clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Assist with general housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry, to maintain a safe and healthy living environment.
- Offer non-medical personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with their daily routines, including meal preparation and medication reminders.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
Requirements
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
- Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle, for travel to client locations.
