Our Care Philosophy

What We Offer

  • No short visits – we schedule calls to last as long as needed.
  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.45-£13.80.
  • An enhanced rate of £26.90-£27.60 on bank holidays.
  • Three extra paid days of holiday.
  • A non-medical care approach that prioritizes companionship and support.
  • No uniform required.
  • No upper age limit for our caregivers.
  • Calls scheduled locally to minimize travel time.
  • Full in-house training to ensure our caregivers are equipped to provide the best possible care.
  • A £200 refer-a-friend bonus for successful referrals.
