We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal/Home Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our client, who suffers from chronic systematic arthritis and is wheelchair bound.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
  • Support with household chores and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment
  • Assist with caring for our client's child, including meal preparation and educational support
  • Provide regular observations and report any changes in our client's condition
  • Work collaboratively with other care team members to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care and support work
  • Full clean driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
