Job Title: Weekend Swimming Teacher

Lagan Valley LeisurePlex is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults, promoting water safety and confidence in the water.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver swimming lessons for children and adults, including schools' swimming programmes and Council swimming lessons.
  • Develop and implement innovative swimming programmes to promote water safety and confidence in the water.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service is delivered to our customers.
  • Contribute to the development of swimming programmes and services to meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in swimming teaching and coaching.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
