About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented Mandarin Chinese Events Customer Support Specialists to join our clients team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch support to delegates in China, ensuring they have a seamless experience during upcoming events.
  • Respond promptly to delegate inquiries, providing clear and accurate information in Mandarin Chinese.
  • Assist delegates with event registration, login issues, and accessing event materials.
  • Address any concerns or problems delegates may encounter during the event, offering efficient resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the internal events team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve customer support processes.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in customer support, preferably in the events industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and support ticketing systems is a plus.
Contract Details
  • Duration: 2-month contract with a possibility of extension.
  • Location: Remote, with one day per week required in our Central London office.
