This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Health and Wellbeing Coach, supporting the health and wellbeing of retired fishermen in Hull and Grimsby.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one and group health coaching support to individuals, empowering them to take control of their health and wellbeing.
- Manage and prioritize a caseload, working closely with individuals to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote health coaching and support personalized care.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and events, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Participate in regular health coaching supervision and ongoing learning, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in health coaching.

Requirements- An understanding of the biopsychosocial model of health and the social determinants of health.
- Able to work within a biopsychosocial model, using a range of tools and techniques to enable and support individuals.
- Ability to travel across multiple sites.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development.
- Demonstrable skills in supporting behavior change.
- Excellent group and one-to-one facilitation skills, including conflict resolution.
- A good understanding of physical health promotion and mental health, including policy and legislation.
