Job Summary:

The Church of England is seeking a passionate and dedicated Children and Families Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing church community and make a difference in the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive strategy for reaching and discipling children and families
  • Encourage children to engage with the Church and support innovative mission and discipleship initiatives
  • Champion for children within the church and help achieve wider church objectives
  • Collaborate with the church staff team and the Diocesan Children and Youth Team
Requirements:
  • Must be a Christian fully committed to the Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit
  • Experience working with children and families in a local church setting
