We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain and Procurement Lead to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Oracle Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional expertise and guidance to project teams on Oracle Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Supply Chain Planning, and Warehouse Management modules.
  • Design, configure, and customize Oracle Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Supply Chain Planning, and Warehouse Management modules to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications and configuration guides.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks, deliverables, and timelines for Oracle Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Supply Chain Planning, and Warehouse Management projects.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, data migrations, and customizations.
  • Conduct testing, quality assurance, and support activities during project implementation and post-go-live support phases.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working with Oracle Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Supply Chain Planning, and Warehouse Management modules.
  • Strong functional expertise in areas such as Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Purchasing, Direct Procurement, Procurement Analytics, Order Management, Inventory, Supply Chain Planning, and Warehouse Management.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion configuration and setup related to procurement modules.
  • Ability to configure and customize Oracle Fusion applications to meet specific business requirements.
  • Experience in testing Oracle Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Supply Chain Planning, and Warehouse Management configurations to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Keeping up to date with Oracle Fusion updates, patches, and new features.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies.
  • Oracle Fusion Procurement, SCM certification is desirable.
