About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant in Neurological Medicine to join our team at The New Foscote Hospital. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients with neurological and spinal conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of Neuro-Spinal services, ensuring seamless integration with our existing healthcare programs.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Support the efficient management of resources, maintaining our high standards of quality and clinical excellence.
  • Take ownership of key performance indicators, ensuring our patients receive the best possible care.
  • Collaborate with department leads to maintain and develop quality standards, ensuring compliance with relevant accreditation requirements.
  • Provide on-site clinical expertise, supporting Medical Directorates as needed.
Requirements
  • CCT in Neurology or Rehabilitation Medicine.
  • Full GMC Registration.
  • Inclusion in the GMC Specialist Register in Neurology or Rehabilitation Medicine.
  • Currently employed or has previously held a substantive NHS consultant post.
  • Eligible to register with private medical insurance companies.
  • Able to take responsibility for delivering the service without direct supervision.
