About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sports Coach to join our team at Let's Play. As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for delivering a range of sports activities to children aged 5-12 during our Fun Weeks in the school holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality sports sessions that are challenging, realistic, and fun for primary-aged children
  • Create a positive learning environment that promotes inclusivity and educational value
  • Develop and implement coaching programs that meet the needs of children with mixed abilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of sports activities
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and carers
Requirements
  • Passion for working with children and delivering fun games and activities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to interact well with children, teachers, and parents
  • Experience in delivering activities to primary-aged children
  • First aid and emergency response training
