About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Holiday Club Play Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of sports-based activities to children aged 5-12 during our Fun Weeks in the school holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality sports sessions to a mixed ability group of children
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes fun, engagement, and educational value
  • Develop and implement coaching programs that cater to the needs of all children
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of activities
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and carers
Requirements
  • Passion for working with children and delivering fun, engaging activities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in delivering sports activities to children (desirable)
  • First aid certification (desirable)
