Business Development Manager

Salary: £80,000 plus 20% bonus plus benefits Location: Milton Keynes Region: Milton Keynes

This role is responsible for driving business growth and development for a leading Midlands-based building contractor. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, with experience in promoting and raising the profile of a construction company. They will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and identifying new business prospects. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. In return, the company offers a competitive salary package, including a 20% bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
