We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Ideal Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the defence industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the defence industry
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition of new business wins
- Manage existing client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in the defence industry. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
