Business Development Manager - Defence Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Ideal Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the defence industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the defence industry
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition of new business wins
  5. Manage existing client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
