Role Overview:

In this role, you will interact with customers, promote sales, and assist in maintaining store operations. Your contributions will be vital in fostering a welcoming environment and ensuring the efficient operation of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers on the sales floor, offering product insights and tailored recommendations.
  • Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system.
  • Uphold store presentation by organizing products, restocking shelves, and arranging promotional displays.
  • Support inventory management by receiving shipments, monitoring stock levels, and overseeing stock rotation.
  • Address customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Encourage sales initiatives by actively promoting products and managing in-store promotions.
  • Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Participate in store opening and closing tasks, including cash handling and security protocols.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and high operational standards.
