Join JCA as an Apprentice Outdoor Activity Instructor

We are seeking enthusiastic and adventurous individuals to join our team as Apprentice Outdoor Activity Instructors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of outdoor activities to our guests, including fencing, archery, and high ropes courses.

About the Role

As an Apprentice Outdoor Activity Instructor, you will have the opportunity to gain industry-recognised qualifications in Outdoor Activity Leadership, as well as develop your skills in areas such as first aid, health and safety, and safeguarding.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the outdoors and have a desire to work with children and young people. You will need to be comfortable with heights and water, and have a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
