Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our audit function, you will be responsible for leading audits from planning to completion, mentoring junior staff, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage audits from planning to completion, including field work.
- Oversee WIP and ensure deadlines are met.
- Preparation and review of financial statements.
- Mentor junior staff and support with their learning and development.
- Monitor and nurture client relationships.
- Work alongside and part of the senior management team and support with company growth.
- Assist with target setting and department budgeting.
- Identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.
- Confidently network to promote the department.
- Oversee the audit team and champion the firm's values within the team.
- Provide professional and personable client-facing communication skills.
- Set an example for the team as a natural leader.
