We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Active Care Group, a leading provider of complex care services. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the complex needs of our residents.
- Provide evidence-based psychological interventions, including individual and group therapy, to promote rehabilitation and recovery.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our care pathways, ensuring they are aligned with best practice and evidence-based guidelines.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of care plans, ensuring that the psychological needs of our residents are fully addressed.
