About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Dynamite. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and specifying electrical building services, including low voltage distribution, power generation, and lighting systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and specify electrical building services, including LV distribution, power generation, and lighting systems.
  • Apply and use low carbon technologies, including vehicle charging and PV generation.
  • Lead in the project management and delivery of electrical building service related projects.
  • Support the electrical teams project manager in the effective delivery of all building service related projects.
  • Liaise with other services within the council and across other disciplines within the building design team and wider asset management service.
  • Provide specialist advice and guidance to internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in electrical design and specification.
  • Knowledge of low carbon technologies and their application.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders.
