About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at JAM Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating 3D models of electrical routed systems and electrical equipment integration using our CAD toolset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop 2D electrical schematics and system diagrams.
  • Produce outputs, including 2D drawings and electronic data, to support manufacturing, installation, and testing of our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets engineering standards and requirements.
Requirements
  • Relevant apprenticeship, engineering qualification, or previous experience as an Electrical Designer/Draughtsperson.
  • Experience in electrical compartment integration and engineering standards at component and sub-component/assembly level.
  • Knowledge and understanding of electrical routed systems at both 2D and 3D level.
  • Understanding of CAD toolsets and techniques.
