Trainee Technical Sales Engineer

Quedgeley (Hybrid Working: 2 days from home, 3 days in the office)

£24,000 - £26,000 per annum (+ potential discretionary annual bonus)

About the Role

As a Trainee Technical Sales Engineer at i2i Recruitment, you will be responsible for harnessing the power of social media and strategic outreach to engage with potential business clients and expand our online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative social media campaigns to drive engagement and increase our online presence.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to potential business clients, qualifying leads with intriguing questions and setting up exciting follow-up calls.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Utilize graphic design software to create visually appealing content and support the development of marketing materials.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience in creating and managing social media posts and engaging with online audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate projects and follow through independently.
  • Degree in Marketing, Structural Engineering, Architectural Design, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
