We are seeking a highly skilled Shared Spaces Contract Coordinator to join our team at Riverside Group. As a key member of our contract management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shared spaces and maintenance contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Administration: Coordinate the resolution of inspection outcomes and administer IT systems and maintenance and services contracts to ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and contract service level agreements.
- Risk Management: Identify and address any risks or service failures, and implement recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries and resolving issues related to service charges and maintenance contracts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Contract Manager/Contract Officers and external suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in building safety, asset management, estate management, or environmental health and safety. You will have excellent contract management skills, including experience with service and maintenance contracts.
