Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on various aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Prepare and review sale and purchase agreements along with other complex legal documents.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Companies Act 2006 and relevant contract law.
- Manage a diverse workload efficiently while meeting the demands of clients.
- Communicate effectively in writing, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in corporate law.
- Strong commercial awareness and a proven track record in all areas of corporate legal practice.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in IT.
- A collaborative team player with a balance of technical expertise and commercial insight.
