Job Title: Junior Sous Chef

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Sous Chef to join our team. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous Chef in the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sous Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working order and report any maintenance issues to the management.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • Develop and maintain a passion for Indian Street Food, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives.
