About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fragrance Specialist to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. As a key member of our Fragrance Category, you will be responsible for driving overall performance and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Fragrance Category, creating immersive experiences for customers and driving sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the extended team to provide expert services and upskill colleagues in the Fragrance franchise.
  • Proactively contribute to the brand's growth in the Fragrance market, embodying the Charlotte Tilbury spirit.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
About You
  • Results-driven and target-focused, with a strong commercial awareness and ability to drive growth.
  • Experience working in the beauty industry, with a passion for Fragrance and customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence others.
  • Self-starter with a proactive working style, able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
